Terracotta Warriors

We booked a day trip to see the Terracotta Warriors. The tour included the BanPo Museum, which was pretty cool, and Emperor Qin's Masouleum, which was a joke. We only finally got to the Terracotta Warriors Museum after lunch. Talk about a good build-up!

Well, the Terracotta Warriors were awesome, but of course, right? Most of the relics, including the emperor's tomb are still underground, waiting for technology to improve so that the rich colours can be preserved before they are dug out.

It gets really crowded and everyone's taking pictures like crazy. It got to the point that I got told off many times for trying to look at a glassed-up statue up close. I must be appearing in lots of people's photos, hehe! And everybody ignores the fact that camera flash's not allowed.

Well, oh well...
